Happy Easter! We got together with Grandma and Grandpa today for a Easter Egg hunt and some delicious lunch. Grant found all of the eggs in record time and had to be restrained as to not do the same for the candy! Kim made some amazing Easter baskets for both of her guys and even cooked a home-made dessert, mmmmmm.
Merry Christmas! Our family gathered at our house this year for the annual festivities and what festivities there were! Gifts for all, more food than we could eat (not counting the desserts), and joyful family fellowship were enjoyed by all. We all even play a board game to appease Kim – it worked even though she lost. The food was delicious and so were the gifts. We hope your family holiday was as much fun as ours!
We had the opportunity to participate for the first time in the Alice Carlson tradition of Homecoming this year. Every class decorates one of their parent’s cars with a theme and the cars are judged and winners are chosen. Kim volunteered her car and it was decorated as a pig. Sadly it didn’t win but the snacks and music made up for it!

Happy Summer Vacation! This year we stayed at the lake house for most of the summer time and played in the lake. We did visit Schiltterbahn in San Antonio and the Innerspace Caverns on the way back. During our trip Kim had a birthday and we celebrated at Marie Callender’s Mmmmm.

This year we had a quiet Easter at Rayford and Ellen’s house. The Easter Bunny did an excellent job of hiding the eggs and Rayford did an excellent job of cooking!
